Garden State Car Deals is a private seller of used vehicles based in New Jersey. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer, we do not broker financing, and we do not offer in-house payment plans. All sales are private cash transactions.

Vehicle listings, photos, videos, mileage, options, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors or become out of date. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Availability and price are confirmed only in person at the time of sale, and a vehicle may be sold or removed at any time without notice.

Any Carfax or other vehicle history report shown on this site is produced by a third party. We share it as a convenience and do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You are encouraged to obtain your own report and inspection.

Every vehicle is sold as-is, where-is, with all faults and with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by New Jersey and federal law. Buyers are strongly encouraged to have any vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase.
